Sports Performance - Pro

The athletic training offered through DeeJoe Fitness Sports Performance Training focuses on obtaining these skills and qualities by focusing on plyometric routines with an emphasis on strengthening the body’s core. Every muscle in the body relates to the body’s core, and therefore it serves no purpose to strengthen the limbs of the body while neglecting the core. Plyometric and core strengthening drills will enhance one’s strength, speed, agility, quickness, and flexibility. Reaction drills are also employed to hone-in hand-eye coordination. Sports nutrition is also employed to aid with one’s recovery and regeneration under the demands of athletic performance.

Also key with DeeJoe Fitness Sports Performance Training is an emphasis on Life Skills as an athlete. In order for an athlete to be successful in the arena, they must learn how to be successful in their everyday lives. These skills include the ability to lead, learning how to accept personal accountability, and the ability to set and achieve realistic goals.
