Middle-High School Athlete Training'17
Looking to get better, faster, stronger? With our MWF sessions our main focus is getting our athletes to the optimum level of performance for their sport. In this group setting, everyone has one goal in mind, to get better. Everyone is pushing and encouraging one another to get better, behind the careful instruction and coaching of Coach Derrick. We will combine conditioning, footwork, and strength training to reach the peak level of performance for our athletes.
